i suddenly a couple of weeks ago can not open some files, documents, images on my e-mails or in my briefcase. i ran the hp computer check and it found spyware. adware and all the others say it is ok. i still can't open lots of stuff. what should i do, because i can't go and buy anything. anything else free that might work? there are plenty of free scans but they only show you what you have, to remove whatever, you have to purchase it.

you need to download "spybot" search and destroy and you will catch the rest of them

I would advise trying AVG %26 spybot seek %26 Destroy. BUT DONT download from anywhere BUT THEIR websites.
