Computer question.?

I need elp my computer has stared running real slow even after I used spyware and adware remover. I now get a popup saying cannot locate get process image file name W in the dynamic link library. Is this wht is causing my computer to run slow? I also keep having trouble with programs not responding. Does anybody have suggestions? They will be helpful.

Buying more ram and harddrive space will solve nothing. What you are missing is a Dynamic Link Library, known as a .dll file. Dll files are essential to programs. You should copy the text of your error message and paste it into google. There are usually sites telling you how to fix that error. However, you may in fact need to repair windows or reformat your harddrive if its too corrupted.

Simple answer: Too many installed programs. Programs that run in the background will slow it down a lot more than they claim they will. Also, you need someone who knows about software to actually look at your computer while it's running, there is a lot of things that you need to learn about before you will understand how they effect it. You don't have to spend a fortune though, many high-school programmers are great for this and love to look at someones problem just for the chance to flex their minds. College students probably are not the best choice though as most just know what they read. Professionals will always over charge you. I know, I am a programmer.
