Help with Trojan Vundo, Adware, Task Manager, and pop-ups?

I am having a lot of trouble with my computer. It鈥檚 running very slow, my wallpaper is black with some numbers on it (not mine), I keep getting pop-ups, I get an alert from a 鈥淲indows Security Center鈥?telling me that I have a TrojanDownloader.xs on my computer but when I click on it, it takes me to some site to download a adware scanner. I ran my Norton, spy sweeper, the free version of AVS, two Trojan Vundo sweepers and Spybot but I keep getting all of the same stuff! And my Norton states that I haven鈥檛 removed the Trojan Vundo but I have used both of the Trojan Vundo removers that I found off of the internet and they say that their isn鈥檛 any in my system! Plus when I try to do the CNRL + ALT Delete I get an error that says that the Task Manager has been disabled by the Administrator. How can this be? I am the owner of the computer! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me! I need some simple step by step instructions on what to do and I really need this fixed! Please help!
