I've had the VUNDO virus for a week and can't get rid of it!! HELP!!!!?

I've tried various spyware finders, Symantec's Vundo remover, I've gone into my own files, and deleted stuff that could possibly be infected...

For some reason, my McAfee, which is ALWAYS ON, let it slip right through onto my computer.

But hey...it had the courtesy to TELL ME it was infected, after the fact!! (Grrrrrrr!!!!)

I'm starting to think there's absolutely NO getting rid of this virus. I've read it's a tough one to clean.

I'm ready to clear my whole computer and start new! :(

Is there any REAL solution anyone has used?

I don't need any links to spyware/adware removers. I can find plenty of them, and they all didn't work.

I need something that actually WORKS, if there's anything out there!!!

My Sister got the same virus the day I got it. (we both got it from her myspace!) We're both looking for a solution.

My main symptoms are computer slowness, and lots of full paged pop up ads while I'm browsing. I can close them down fine, but they annoy me!
