Malware pop-ups in tabs on explorer. How do I get rid of this Malware?

Every 5 minutes a tab opens on internet explorer with adds about my malware or ringtones, I have a pop-up blocker, antivirus, spyware remover, adware remover, registery cleaner, windows defender, and Norton, but doesn't pick up on this malware. Any ideas?
