My computer is STILL slow?

my computer is clean of virues the 5 scans picked up nothing

and my computer is fillwed with adware/spyware first off is that the same thing???????????

and i know i have spy/adware on my computer becasue everytime i run the spyware/adware remover it always comes up with at leat 2 fixes at most 65 but it alway scleans it nad recently it only cleans 1 so im guessing my computer is 99% adware free

but why is it still slow?

If your virus/spyware free, there are a couple things you can do get your computer working the way it was originally. If you using your laptop for normal stuff and not gaming. If , you have a good setup. You don't need more RAM ,you just need to perform a few maintenance task.
