Where can i get a real virus remover that actually removes viruses, not just scan them?

Like i have asked before, i want to download a virus/adware/spyware/malware(or whatever) remover that actaully removes these viruses. I've tried to get these things, but all it does is scan the system. that's It. Also, i once used another remover and i scanned it, then it said, 'Remove Infections' and i pressed yes. Then, just in case, I get a scanner just in case to make sure it's all gone, but then when it sdcans, it still has the infections and threats. Can someone tell where i can get a top of the line straight out virus remover?

Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
