i think there's a spyware on my computer but i've searched with an adware and spyware remover, i've found nothing.

Explorer, I repair pc's IE sucks Stick with Mozzilla firefox or use Opera I'll provide with the link for opera below.
Become a programmer, join the Internet Explorer team and build a better explorer is about the only way. Firefox uses a different kernel than Explorer, so most popups that affect Explorer won't affect Mozilla. Firefox has much better spyware protection, so just stick with that and drop the Explorer.
