When norton scans, it comes up with adware which is generic dialers and it can't get them off. My computer is running slower. I have a spyware remover, but it doesn't get these cause they are adware. Are there any places online that will scan and take this off free?

Try Ad-Aware %26 Spybot Search %26 Destroy. Two good subscription programs for these are Spyware Doctor and Webroot SpySweeper.
