How to remove adware from Internet Explorer 7?

My brother was on my computer and he clicks yes to everything that pops up ont he screen. Now there is this toolbar in internet explorer that i want to get rid of not just hide i want to uninstall it, it says Security Toolbar 7.1. And it keeps bringin up pop ups. Also there is an Icon down by the clock that keeps poppin up sayin system found ## errors please update your anti spyware to continue. i already have a spyware remover and i dont want this on, it wants me to pay for it.....any help please?
