How can i found out what a file is without an extension?is there any database?

i found a file never seen before and seems to be here about 5 days but i didnt put that there the file is RSa02432 there is no

extension on it i search the web no results i search inside emule and many have it in different sizes!i scanned with spy remover,adware,bazooka,norton,avg no results!any help?thanks

I can't tell you what the file is. You might get some idea by looking at what folder it is in. Or you can try opening it as a text file. However, if you didn't put it there I would recommend deleting it. It may have been placed there to be activated later by a virus, although I haven't found any information on it elsewhere.
