How do I manually remove a malicious exec file that appears each time I turn on my computer?

The file appears as winser.exec always and I ve tried many adware or malicious file removers so is there a way to find it and drag it so it is finally removed, or partitioned so it never appears again. I refuse to download its content because I do not know where it came from or what it is. I am lucky that I have not clicked on the execution for it to effect my computer with a virus.

CRTL-ALT-DELETE to bring up the Task Manager.

Under Processes, find the winserv.exe process, click on it, then click the END Process button at the bottom. THEN try to delete the file.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\winser.exe
