Please help...I've tried adaware, spybot, spysweeper, rougue remover, and stinger. It still keeps popping up...any input would be greatly appreciated

I'm not entirely sure what window is popping up but it sounds like its just a pop up ad fro IE not a virus, unless it does this when your not online. IF you want to stop them try getting a pop up blocker like the ones in yahoo and google toolbar.
